An association is a non-profit legal entity formed according to the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities and registered in the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities at the Registry Agency. A minimum of three natural or legal persons is required for the establishment of an association, and a minimum of seven natural persons or three legal persons is required where it is designated to carry out an activity for public benefit.
